Investment Banking Associate, ECM

Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, and convertibles
• Work closely with Consumer & Retail coverage teams to deliver tailored capital markets solutions
• Manage day-to-day execution processes, including due diligence, documentation, and investor marketing coordination
• Collaborate with ECM syndicate, sales, trading, and research teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Assist in preparing pitching materials and strategic advisory content for clients
• Analyze market dynamics, investor demand, and sector trends to inform deal positioning
• Contribute to mentoring Analysts and Associates and support broader team development

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or related advisory roles
• Strong transaction execution experience and familiarity with equity product structures
• Solid financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillset
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Consumer or Retail sectors (e.g., e-commerce, branded consumer, food & beverage)
• MBA or other advanced degree
