Responsibilities
- Participate in the execution of PPP transactions
- Develop complex financial models, including the use of macros and VBA programming
- Assist in the management of due diligence processes and third-party advisors
- Prepare client presentations and participate in discussions
- Research potential business development opportunities
- Maintain marketing materials and create pitches for potential clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in PPP transactions
- Proficiency in financial modeling
- Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Commitment to accuracy under tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
