Investment Banking Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising
• Build financial models using comparable companies, precedents, and discounted cash flow methods
• Conduct due diligence, research, and documentation for potential and live transactions
• Draft management presentations, marketing materials, and client proposals
• Research industries and sectors to identify target clients
• Support client relationship development and anticipate information needs
• Mentor summer interns and junior analysts
• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Internship or prior work experience in financial services (ideally M&A)
• Proven track record in university studies
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and computer skills
• Thorough understanding of accounting and finance
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
