Investment Banking Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze companies, industries, historical financial statements, and prospective financial information
• Develop financial models, build cash flow projections, and perform valuation analyses
• Organize and execute due diligence processes
• Conduct industry and company research
• Prepare presentations and other materials for JPCG and its clients

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a stellar academic record
• US work authorization
• Strong quantitative and financial statement analysis skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and Capital IQ
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Analyst within a bulge-bracket, major, or boutique investment bank
• Experience in restructuring, leveraged finance, or debt capital markets
• Background as a Financial or Management Consultant looking to transition to investment banking
