About the Company

Javelin Global Commodities is a leading global commodities marketing, trading, logistics services and investment firm. Its Javelin Private Capital Group (JPCG) is an independent, full-service Investment Banking Advisory group providing services including M&A, debt and equity capital raises, and project finance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze companies, industries, historical financial statements and prospective financial information
• Develop financial models, build cash flow projections and perform valuation analyses
• Organize and execute due diligence processes
• Conduct industry and company research
• Prepare presentations and other materials for JPCG and its clients

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a stellar academic record
• Prior experience as an Analyst in a bulge-bracket, major, or boutique investment bank preferred
• Strong quantitative and financial statement analysis skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and Capital IQ
• US work authorization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restructuring, leveraged finance, or debt capital markets
• Background in Financial or Management Consulting
