Investment Banking Analyst – Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Develop pitch book presentations explaining industry trends and supporting strategic recommendations
• Create and analyze financial models for M&A, IPOs, equity offerings, and capital raises
• Conduct comprehensive company, sector, and market analysis within the healthcare industry
• Contribute thoughtful analysis to help clients evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions
• Work closely with senior colleagues and product partners to support client coverage and transaction execution
• Prepare high-quality client materials and coordinate various transaction workstreams
• Support interns and new joiners to contribute to a collaborative team culture

Requirements

• Hands-on exposure to investment banking, M&A, ECM, or related corporate finance work via internships or full-time experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, science, engineering, or another analytical discipline
• Solid financial analysis, valuation, and modelling skills
• Experience with merger analysis and other transaction-related analysis
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Genuine interest in the healthcare sector and its market developments
