Investment Banking Analyst/Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

Responsibilities

• Perform complex valuation analyses and build detailed financial models
• Execute mergers and acquisitions transactions from pitch to close
• Analyze market data and prepare high-quality client presentations
• Develop innovative solutions for real-world business challenges
• Support the M&A team in managing the transaction cycle and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the front office of a top-tier Investment Bank
• Fluency in Korean to support and interact with local clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
• Deep understanding of M&A and capital markets transaction cycles
