Responsibilities
- Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, M&A, and public-private partnerships
- Develop complex financial models using macros and VBA programming
- Assist in managing due diligence processes and third-party advisors
- Develop asset valuations using various approaches
- Prepare client presentations and pitch decks
- Evaluate investment opportunities and research target companies, sectors, and geographies
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, commerce, statistics, computer science, engineering, or mathematics
- Must be graduating by summer 2027 or already graduated
- Exceptional academic results (minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0)
- Proven interest in investment banking via internships, extracurriculars, or competitions
- Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
