Investment Banker I

Responsibilities

• Support live deals by fielding diligence requests and coordinating with buyers
• Build and manage relationships with private equity firms, family offices, and strategic acquirers
• Prepare high-quality client-facing decks, financial analyses, and valuation support
• Support origination efforts by evaluating new opportunities and preparing for founder conversations
• Leverage and provide feedback on the OffDeal AI platform to improve product workflows
• Manage transaction diligence workstreams to keep deal processes moving

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction advisory, corporate development, or private equity
• Strong understanding of deal fundamentals and financial analysis
• High attention to detail and ability to produce clean, reliable work
• Excellent communication skills for client and buyer interaction
• Scrappy, ownership-oriented mindset suitable for a startup environment
