Investment Banker Analyst

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in the execution of M&A deals by preparing marketing documents, business plans, and managing data rooms
• Manage due diligence processes, including Q&A sessions and management presentations
• Develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends and discuss client options
• Perform company valuations using various methodologies
• Identify and meet client needs while coordinating with senior colleagues and investors
• Support the development and training of interns

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in M&A advisory with exposure to both origination and execution
• Deep understanding of the M&A process from marketing material preparation to signing and closing
• Solid financial analysis skills with thorough knowledge of Italian accounting
• Proficiency in corporate valuation methodologies (e.g., DCF, LBO, trading and transaction multiples)
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency in research, modeling, and market analysis
• Native Italian speaker with fluency in English
• Strong reasoning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
