Investment Bank Power Group Associate

Responsibilities

• Advise and influence decision-making for clients on high-profile, multi-layered transactions.
• Support live deal execution for strategic corporations and private equity firms.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence to assess client financial health and valuation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by understanding their business goals and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, Research, and Risk Management teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Champion Energy Transition and Sustainability by engaging with clients on climate and sustainable finance opportunities.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, setting objectives and coaching them toward professional growth.
• Identify and mitigate risks while strengthening controls in relation to all transaction work.

Requirements

• Proven experience contributing to large deal and transaction execution for corporate clients.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and various valuation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of M&A and Capital Markets transactions.
• Experience preparing confidential investor presentations and detailed financial assessments.
• Ability to communicate complex, sensitive information to diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and lead collaborative assignments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present multi-layered strategic ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
