Investment Associate

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a Wealth Advisor to manage and develop their book of business
• Identify new business opportunities to gather additional assets and increase revenue
• Utilize in-depth product knowledge to identify opportunities within the existing client base
• Collaborate with Total Wealth Specialists to deepen client relationships through comprehensive planning
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and recommendations to clients
• Assist in developing and distributing client communication and marketing materials
• Provide direction and coaching to other associates within the team and branch
• Streamline administrative processes and ensure all tasks are accurately logged and tracked

Requirements

• Proven experience within the securities industry
• CIRO Registered Representative (RR) approval
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management abilities
• Exceptional client service skills and a professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• CIM (Chartered Investment Manager) designation
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
