Investment Associate (Middle Office) - Real estate lending

Responsibilities

• Manage the closing and booking of new transactions, including system inputs and filing legal documents
• Coordinate with Loan Operations, Treasury, and Liquidity partners to ensure smooth funding of loan facilities
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and the AML On-boarding Team regarding KYC matters
• Draft loan transfer documents and book loan trades in the system
• Liaise with Facility Agents, counterparties, and operations for successful settlement of trades
• Monitor and update internal systems for transaction completeness and borrower reporting
• Prepare and distribute Portfolio List Reports, Monthly Exposure Reports, and credit review information packs

Requirements

• Proven experience in the origination and structuring of loans and mortgages
• Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members
