About the role
Responsibilities
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Company valuation
- Conducting primary corporate and industry research
- Conducting company due diligence
- Creating presentation materials for the firm’s investors and investment committee
- Ongoing monitoring of operating and financial results of portfolio companies
- Assisting portfolio companies with developing and executing strategic growth initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of experience at a leading investment bank or private equity firm
- Exceptional financial modeling proficiency and analytical capabilities
- Strong academic record at a top undergraduate institution
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- High level of maturity, integrity, and work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous M&A leveraged finance or financial sponsor backgrounds
- TMT and/or communication infrastructure experience
