About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the identification, analysis, execution, and monitoring of real estate investment and disposal operations.
- Conduct market monitoring (Île-de-France and national) to identify investment opportunities.
- Perform financial modeling including cash flow, IRR, and leverage analysis.
- Prepare investment documents such as teasers, investment memos, and committee pitches.
- Coordinate technical, legal, and financial due diligence.
- Support asset disposal strategies by analyzing asset characteristics and preparing valuation files.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Asset Management, Finance, and Legal for KYC and regulatory follow-ups.
Requirements
- Student in a Master's program (Business School, University, or specialized school) in Finance, Real Estate, Financial Engineering, or Architecture with a real estate specialization.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Interest in real estate, finance, and investment.
