Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research real estate markets in the US, Latvia, and other target countries
• Build and update financial models for existing assets and new investment opportunities
• Analyze asset performance including ROI, IRR, NPV, and cash flows
• Prepare investment memos, market reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support acquisition, disposal, leasing, and portfolio optimization decisions
• Work with internal teams and external advisors on valuations and transactions

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate, investment analysis, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, IRR, NPV)
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Ability to research international real estate markets
• English fluency (B2+ required, C1 preferred)
• Fluency in Russian

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
