Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate equity and debt investment opportunities
• Perform valuation analysis including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions
• Support the due diligence process through financial, operational, and market analysis
• Prepare internal investment memoranda, credit evaluation notes, and investor presentations
• Conduct industry research, competitive benchmarking, and market sizing analysis
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics and provide regular analytical updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting
• Strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven experience with financial statement analysis and transaction modelling
• Ability to work on multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with venture debt and structured finance products
• Experience working with startups or venture financing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
