Investment Analyst – PPP Transaction Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business development by participating in project scoping, preparing pitchbooks, and drafting proposals.
• Support the origination and execution of advisory mandates in PPPs, privatizations, and private M&A transactions.
• Assist with day-to-day project management, including due diligence, data collection, and reviewing legal and technical outputs.
• Prepare complex financial models and perform detailed financial analysis to support project structuring.
• Manage project marketing to potential investors, including the preparation of teasers and information memorandums.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as legal, environmental, and social teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a leading financial institution.
• Proven experience in PPP transaction advisory, M&A, privatization, project finance, or private equity.
• Strong financial modeling and structuring skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Knowledge of infrastructure sectors such as power, transport, water, or social infrastructure.
• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in large, culturally diverse, and geographically dispersed teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sell-side or government-focused PPP transaction advisory.
• Previous experience working within international development institutions.
