Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Officers in the origination, structuring, negotiation, and supervision of investment projects.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify new project opportunities and assess market conditions.
• Perform detailed financial statement analysis, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and debt pricing benchmarks.
• Develop complex financial models and perform thoughtful scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Identify data collection needs regarding financial, operational, and ES&G matters to support project assessments.
• Prepare concise business documents, presentations, and reports using graphics and tables to effectively communicate data.
• Monitor investment portfolios and extract lessons from previous mandates to inform new transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in a financial institution, specifically with investment projects.
• Proven ability to develop complex financial models and perform corporate/project finance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and analytical/conceptual skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and oral).
• High level of motivation and commitment to ethical standards in a multicultural environment.
