Investment Advisory Support

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Investment Advisors and their teams to support business objectives and client growth
• Manage day-to-day client service operations, including handling inquiries, money movements (wires, transfers), and account updates
• Coordinate marketing activities, including social media initiatives, client recognition, and event planning
• Assist in preparing for client meetings and scheduling appointments
• Maintain and organize client databases, files, and generated reports
• Ensure all transactions and tasks are appropriately assigned and completed within the team
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Support the team with technology issues and the adoption of new financial software

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a professional services or financial environment
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of wealth management operations, such as client services, trust services, or account transfers
• Familiarity with financial technology applications and software used in the investment industry
• Ability to meet all necessary licensing and certification requirements for the local jurisdiction
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
