Responsibilities

• Support the execution of real estate investment transactions (acquisitions and disposals)
• Prepare and present investment proposals, marketing materials, and transaction reports
• Develop and review financial models and perform in-depth investment analysis
• Manage transaction processes end-to-end, coordinating internal teams, clients, and external advisors
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to strategic recommendations to clients
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulatory developments, and investment strategies in the Baltic region

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience in real estate, finance, or sales is a strong advantage
