About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of multi-generational client relationships delivering bespoke investment advice.
  • Develop and execute a business plan focused on growth, client retention, and deepening relationships.
  • Construct and manage portfolios using professional judgment and disciplined investment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal partners across Private Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth Planning to deliver a holistic client experience.
  • Actively develop new business through networking, referrals, and proactive marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all activities meet regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or a related field.
  • Registration as a Registered Representative (RR) and completion of CIRO Continuing Education requirements.
  • Strong business development mindset and a self-starter mentality.
  • Proven analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A client-first philosophy and commitment to operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional financial planning designation (PFP).
  • Progress toward advanced credentials such as CFP®, CIM®, or CFA®.
