Investigations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise 4-5 Supervising Investigators and other Investigations Team staff
• Oversee Investigations Team workflows, case assignments, and reporting
• Identify and implement improvements to investigations and case-handling processes
• Ensure consistent case decision-making and adherence to documented procedures
• Manage systems for monitoring compliance with Consent Orders and payment processes
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for case management database enhancements
• Oversee recruitment, training, professional development, and annual evaluations of staff
• Coordinate with community organizations and labor law enforcement agencies

Requirements

• High school diploma and five years of experience in consumer or worker protection investigations, including one year of supervisory experience
• OR a baccalaureate degree and one year of experience in consumer or worker protection investigations in a supervisory capacity
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid New York State Motor Vehicle Driver License
