Investigations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned case load by conducting thorough research, creating roles, and drafting opening letters
• Identify cases requiring consultation with case staff before sending opening letters and manage backlog of cases needing more information or attorney approval
• Maintain high productivity without sacrificing quality
• Order investigations with outside firms as needed
• Communicate effectively with the Premises Investigations team, investigation firms, case staff, attorneys, and other firm members regarding assigned cases

Requirements

• Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience as an investigator or case manager (preferred)
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with minimal supervision
• Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking ability
• Extensive computer and database expertise, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Type no less than 40 WPM
