Investigation Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate Delivery Partner incidents, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings
• Lead comprehensive investigations into incidents involving Flex Delivery Partners to ensure fair outcomes
• Provide well-informed business decisions based on investigative outcomes
• Analyze complex data using multiple tools to review and investigate cases
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Support team needs through mentoring, translations, escalations, and deep dives

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese (written and verbal)
• Ability to take direction in English without the use of a translator
• 1+ years of fraud or risk investigations experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling customer escalations
