Inventory/Yard Associate

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks and load customer pick-ups
• Pack and unpack items for shelving or warehouse storage
• Inspect stock items for wear, defects, or damage and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas in the yard and warehouse
• Physically move and lift merchandise as needed
• Assist sales teams on the floor and provide excellent customer service
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently

Requirements

• Proven forklift experience is a must
• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise safely in a physically active role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, inventory, or stockroom experience
