Inventory/Cycle Counter Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and systematic cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile cycle count discrepancies and investigate root causes of variances
• Monitor inventory levels to detect potential shortages or overages
• Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams for timely replenishment
• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, adjustments, and counts
• Identify and implement best practices for inventory control processes
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or cycle counting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in a production facility environment with moving machinery
