Inventory & Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor overseas shipments from China and local supplier deliveries with 3PL forwarders
• Manage delivery arrangements between 3PL providers and warehouse operations for inbound and outbound activities
• Handle inventory transactions through ERP/WMS systems including receiving, transfers, and adjustments
• Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, and serial number tracking
• Support inventory planning, replenishment, and stock allocation with Sales and Procurement teams
• Conduct stock takes, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations
• Perform warehouse site visits to monitor operations and compliance
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports and maintain operational documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for logistics and warehouse efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory control processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling China import shipments and 3PL coordination
• Experience in serial number inventory management
• Familiarity with import/export and SIRIM related operational processes
