Inventory Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor deliveries and pickups for the Raw Material Warehouse
• Record data in inventory control systems
• Audit material receiving processes
• Monitor inventory levels against requirements
• Assist management with documentation and communication
• Participate in monthly physical material counts
• Prepare monthly summaries of inventories and material consumption
• Organize receiving documents for retention
• Verify warehouse operations conform to standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Associate degree + 2 years or 4 years relevant experience)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to move about manufacturing plant and production areas
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain or logistics
• Previous experience in warehousing or manufacturing logistics
