Responsibilities

• Own all inbound and outbound product flow, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Receive, unpack, ticket, and process merchandise
• Execute inter-store transfers, Return Authorizations, and damages processing
• Maintain an organized and space-efficient stockroom
• Partner with leadership to execute replenishment cadences
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives and maintain floorset integrity
• Support markdowns, launches, events, and seasonal transitions
• Fulfill and ship e-commerce and customer orders
• Assist customers on the sales floor as needed

Requirements

• Proven success in retail, inventory, operations, or merchandising
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong eye for visual presentation and outfitting
• Proficiency with inventory systems, POS, and shipping software
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand for long periods and use ladders safely
