Inventory VAS Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach warehouse personnel and team leads to drive productivity and goal alignment.
• Oversee daily inventory activity and Value-Added Services (VAS) to ensure high accuracy and cost-efficient operations.
• Resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system reporting through cycle counts and root-cause research.
• Manage department KPIs, stock health, and product lifecycles, including aged inventory and end-of-life disposal.
• Supervise VAS operations to guarantee compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and brand expectations.
• Partner with Inbound and Outbound teams to synchronize inventory flow and storage strategies.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution operation.
• 2+ years of experience in team management or process leadership.
• Proficiency with WMS, RF devices, and SAP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Teams, and SharePoint.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control and management processes.
• Ability to work a flexible, operations-based schedule, including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a focus on supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with BarTender or MAO.
• Experience supervising value-added services operations in an automated environment.
