Inventory Technician

Responsibilities

• Test, evaluate, disassemble, troubleshoot, and quality control electrical transformers
• Operate electrical test equipment and power tools
• Document test results, mechanical conditions, dimensions, and accessories
• Operate forklifts and cranes to organize inventory and load/unload flatbed trucks
• Work in a storage and staging yard environment, often outdoors

Requirements

• Ability to work 40-45 hours per week (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
• Ability to meet physical requirements for a heavy-equipment environment (90% on feet/outdoors)
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and following written instructions
• Ability to operate a computer, tablet, or smartphone for digital documentation
• Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in welding or fabrication
• General shop or mechanical skills
• Auto body prep or paint experience
