Inventory Technician II

Responsibilities

• Independently manage onsite IT support at single-person or lead-assigned locations
• Serve as the primary contact for end-user technical needs and troubleshooting
• Own AV/conference room setup, maintenance, and issue resolution
• Execute full hardware lifecycle support including imaging, deployment, and e-waste
• Oversee inventory reconciliation and asset tracking using ITSM tools
• Prioritize and resolve support tickets in alignment with SLA targets
• Provide informal mentorship to visiting or junior technicians

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience working independently at single-technician sites
• Proficiency troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• Experience with inventory and asset management processes
• Ability to support AV/VC systems such as Zoom, Meet, or Webex
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of IT hardware

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation certifications
• Experience with MDM tools like JAMF or SCCM
• AVIXA CTS certification
