Inventory Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities related to packed stock reconciliation for logistics operations
• Coordinate repacking and relabelling activities
• Ensure all stock movements (inbound and outbound) are properly managed in SAP and Maximo
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock count exercises, including cycle-counting and wall-to-wall takes
• Analyse stock discrepancies using a risk-based approach
• Monitor and account for product returns in a timely manner
• Maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reports and inventory scorecards
• Manage and mentor Material Controllers to ensure stakeholder requirements are met
• Develop, implement, and monitor robust inventory control procedures
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service extensions

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation
• Proficiency in SAP and Maximo
• Strong team management and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to develop and implement robust inventory control procedures
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with planning, warehouse, and client stakeholders
