Inventory Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage up to 15 operators within assigned manufacturing work centers during the second shift
• Oversee personnel training, product quality, and safety initiatives to ensure a high-performance culture
• Monitor and manage the completion of shop orders to ensure operations are finished on time and within labor hour targets
• Maintain accurate production reporting, service records, and compliance documentation
• Act as a steward of quality by identifying defects, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules and mitigate production interruptions
• Utilize ERP systems to track workflows, manage parts shortages, and update manufacturing travelers

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Advanced competency using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple critical tasks concurrently
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50lbs in a manufacturing environment
