Responsibilities

• Lead, assist, and direct physical counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure all required inventory documentation is completed, reviewed, and filed
• Analyze inventory information to determine trends and processes impacting control
• Train, lead, and motivate personnel to deliver results and follow safety practices
• Communicate process improvements to warehouse management and operations
• Engage and develop teammates through on-the-job coaching

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or logistics
• 1-3 years of experience leading teams or managing warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience using SAP and Smartsheet

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
