Inventory Supervisor

Monster Energy is a lifestyle brand known for being risk-takers and trailblazers. We are opening a brand-new location in Mt. Pocono, PA, and are looking for driven individuals to join our operation at the ground level.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee physical counts to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Analyze inventory information to determine trends and communicate findings to management
• Train, manage, and motivate inventory personnel
• Implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage the Inventory Control department across the DC network as needed, including travel

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or logistics
• 1-3 years of experience leading teams or managing warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience using SAP and Smartsheet

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
