Inventory Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Use data and tools to achieve optimal inventory levels and reduce excess
• Lead and develop a team to monitor inventory transactions for accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate cycle count processes and physical inventories
• Work with Receiving and Warehouse teams on receipt and product locator accuracy
• Research and document inventory discrepancies to identify operational causes
• Own inventory KPIs and accuracy within the WMS and internal spreadsheets
• Manage off-site transfers and coordinate pickups with the Logistics team

Requirements

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong computer and analytical skills
• Experience maintaining inventory control procedures for raw materials and finished products
• Supervisory experience in shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and lot traceability
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO rotation and GMP compliant warehouse maintenance
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees and below)
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds
