Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
• Update inventory data using inventory management systems
• Maintain batch records, shipment documentation, and related paperwork
• Verify incoming deliveries against packing slips and report discrepancies
• Process damaged, returned, or incorrect inventory
• Operate forklifts, sky tracks, and pallet jacks to move materials safely
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and inspect equipment for safety

Requirements

• Ability to accurately cycle count inventory and resolve discrepancies
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate computer software and basic spreadsheets
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or shipping/receiving preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or sky tracks
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehousing, inventory control, shipping, or receiving experience
• 1–3 years of material handling or equipment operation experience
• Experience with productivity and communication tools
