Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
• Perform Kanban analysis and support replenishment parameter optimization
• Review and maintain appropriate safety stock levels based on demand variability and lead times
• Track and improve inventory turns and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support inventory forecasting, planning, and material flow optimization initiatives
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support root cause corrective actions
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to resolve material shortages
• Generate and maintain inventory reports and dashboards
• Participate in cycle count analysis and inventory reconciliation activities

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in aerospace or supply chain
• Experience in MRO or repair management is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and French (ability to work in a French-speaking environment and communicate technical terms in English)
