About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
- Perform Kanban analysis and support replenishment parameter optimization
- Review and maintain appropriate safety stock levels based on demand variability and lead times
- Track and improve inventory turns and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support inventory forecasting, planning, and material flow optimization initiatives
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support root cause corrective actions
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to resolve material shortages
- Generate and maintain inventory reports and dashboards
- Participate in cycle count analysis and inventory reconciliation activities
Requirements
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in aerospace or supply chain
- Experience in MRO or repair management is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and French (ability to work in a French-speaking environment and communicate technical terms in English)
