Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture inventory count data in the HITS program using Excel or paper count sheets
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Team Leader
• Assemble, disassemble, and adjust inventory storage racks, carts, and shelving
• Install carts at par locations and organize/stock inventory shelving
• Read and interpret supply descriptions, item numbers, par levels, and units of measurement
• Label bins and carts and stage supplies with appropriate bin sizes
• Follow all procedures, protocols, and company standards outlined in training
• Communicate daily with the Team Leader and collaborate with hospital staff teams
• Attend staff and training meetings for ongoing Field Operations updates

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to pass hospital clearance requirements including background check, drug test, and medical vaccinations
• State-issued driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to travel extensively nationwide
• Mobile phone required for company timekeeping apps
• Proficiency with inventory computer programs and the HITS application
• Professional appearance and ability to work independently and within teams
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility with changing priorities
• Fluency in English (speak, read, write, and understand)
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities including standing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical and/or pharmaceutical product knowledge
• 1 year of inventory count or supply chain experience
