Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture inventory count data using HITS program, Excel, or paper sheets
• Perform inventory counts for medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and implants
• Report inventory discrepancies to the Team Leader
• Assemble, disassemble, and adjust inventory storage racks, carts, and shelving
• Organize and stock inventory shelving as directed
• Label bins and carts and stage supplies appropriately
• Collaborate with various teams and attend training meetings

Requirements

• High school education, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to pass hospital background checks, drug tests, and medical vaccinations
• Must possess a mobile phone for company timekeeping apps
• Ability to use inventory computer programs and Excel
• Ability to travel extensively across the US
• Minimum of 21 years of age due to travel/hotel policies
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical or pharmaceutical product knowledge
• 1 year of inventory count or supply chain experience
• State-issued driver’s license and clean driving record
