Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture inventory count data using HITS program, Excel, or paper sheets
• Perform inventory counts for medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and implants
• Report inventory discrepancies to the Team Leader
• Assemble, disassemble, and adjust inventory storage racks, carts, and shelving
• Organize and stock inventory shelving as directed
• Label bins and carts and stage supplies on carts
• Collaborate with various teams and attend training meetings

Requirements

• High school education, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to pass hospital background checks, drug tests, and medical vaccinations
• Ability to travel extensively across the US
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possession of a mobile phone for company apps
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive motions
• Proficiency in using inventory computer programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical or pharmaceutical product knowledge
• 1 year of inventory count or supply chain experience
• State issued driver's license and clean driving record
