About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time and accurate inventory records and visibility through SOP execution
- Manage and direct warehouse associates for cycle counts, stock transfers, and material movements
- Support warehouse supervisors on coverage during their absence
- Assist in training warehouse personnel on inventory procedures, systems, and equipment
- Liaise with Finance, Ops, and Supply Chain teams to publish weekly inventory metrics
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis for variances
- Conduct cycle counts and lead DC-specific initiatives to improve accuracy
- Coordinate with Planning for ABC inventory analysis and storage utilization
- Ensure compliance of warehouse and inventory processes in Distribution Centres
- Support warehouse projects, system implementations, and process improvements
- Collaborate with Site Leader and Supply Chain teams on consumables budget and fulfillment
- Work in compliance with OH&S acts and regulations
Requirements
- 3+ years of inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work weekend schedules and in cold facilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Professional certifications or licenses with Lean Six Sigma
