About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct inventory and process support for Tools and Attachments (TLD) Division products.
  • Utilize proactive inventory management to ensure high customer satisfaction (SIFOT).
  • Manage working capital by meeting company expectations for inventory turns and COGS percentages.
  • Develop strategies to minimize Obsolete and Slow Moving Inventory (OSMI).
  • Collaborate with Service Centers and the Supply Chain organization to optimize inventory planning.
  • Partner with Sales teams to review inventory at risk and develop mitigation plans.
  • Execute Continuous Improvement plans to innovate and improve inventory management procedures.
  • Monitor and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to availability and delivery performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in supply chain or warehouse management.
  • Experience working with ERP or inventory management software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work onsite in a warehouse and office setting, including standing/walking for extended periods.
