Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of material and equipment, including satellite dishes, receivers, and DVRs, in and out of the warehouse
• Document quantities and types of equipment, merchandise, and supplies stocked in the warehouse and on service vans
• Maintain accurate physical counts of van, warehouse, and saleable products on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
• Receive returned equipment, new inventory, and vendor shipments, and record all data in the computer tracking system
• Complete daily inventory transactions and link them to the proper accounts
• Prepare and document equipment shipments for remote employees to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company safety standards
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, with occasional requirements to lift up to 125 pounds
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts
• Proficiency with computer systems and inventory tracking programs
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, with overtime availability
