Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and item condition
• Track and record inventory levels for office supplies and equipment
• Manage the shipping and receiving of packages
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and orders
• Generate basic inventory reports as needed
• Assist with organizing the office and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace
• Support the team with additional projects and responsibilities as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving or an inventory-related role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50lbs
• Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ, 5 days a week
