Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities

• Issue, adjust, and close production jobs to maintain accurate inventory records
• Coordinate cycle counts, freight planning, and site inventory management
• Assist with raw and finished goods inventory planning to ensure optimum stock levels
• Utilize ERP software (Deacom preferred) to order materials and set stocking levels
• Develop cost-saving strategies and risk mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders
• Monitor and report on material trends to inform procurement decisions
• Enforce strict facility inventory standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage facility gate access and coordinate operations via two-way radio
• Provide coverage for the Inventory Team as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in inventory management or a related field
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow departmental processes, policies, and procedures consistently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Deacom ERP software
