About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan optimum inventory levels at ExxonMobil warehouses to support supply chain execution
- Steward working capital KPIs, including inventory volume, Days of Sale Inventory (DSI), and non-productive/ageing inventory
- Perform short and long-term financial and inventory planning and analysis for Business & Supply Chain operations
- Enable the development and alignment of annual strategic and corporate plans for the Business Line
- Provide management with analysis and insights regarding working capital, inventory, on-time delivery, and other operational KPIs
- Analyze month-over-month (MvM) and quarter-over-quarter (QvQ) inventory trends to provide actionable insights to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a score of 60% or above (or equivalent CGPA)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in business planning within supply chain, finance, or digital sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience working with Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global cross-functional setting
Preferred Qualifications
- PGDM or MBA in Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations (preferably with a minimum of 60%)
