Inventory & Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support inventory planning and replenishment activities based on demand data and forecasts
• Work extensively with large datasets and advanced Excel tools to analyze stock levels, trends, and performance
• Monitor inventory health, including stock availability, shelf life, and potential excess or slow-moving items
• Assist in managing purchase orders and tracking supplier deliveries
• Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, operations, and commercial to ensure timely product availability
• Track delivery performance and proactively highlight risks, delays, or discrepancies
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights for business decisions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and supply chain efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, or data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions)
• Strong interest in working with data, analytics, and large datasets
• High attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
